Providing some information is optional. However, if you choose not to provide certain details—such as your name, contact information, and date of birth—we may be unable to:
- Confirm which class you are eligible to compete in
- Contact you with important competition details and updates
- Process your application
- Acknowledge your participation in our competitions
Use of Photos & Videos
As part of the competition application process, participants agree to the following:
- NSPAS may use official photos and videos taken at events for promotional purposes, including on our website, email correspondence, and Facebook page.
- If requested, we will review and consider the removal of any published photos and/or videos upon reasonable request.
How We Protect Your Information
We keep your information secure by storing it on our website’s admin backend, which is protected by unique logins specific to each convenor and accessible only by the authorized convenors and the webmaster.
Access & Corrections
